I'm one of your thousands international fans, and I want to tell you, how frustrating it could be.

I believe that many fans who live far from the USA share this feeling with me.

It hurts to be so far from you, without knowing if one day I will be able to see you sing in person, without knowing if someday I will get you know, take a picture next to you, if someday you will come to our country.

If at one hand, thanks to U.S. fans I could follow your shows, interviews, see your performances videos and photos - in some way be near to you, on the other hand is extremely frustrating to see the reports of fans about the shows, about the meetings with you and the band, the photos, the videos. In which we can only dream about the future, and feel jealous of those who may have the pleasure to see you closely.

Now that the Spring Tour will begin, the fans are stirring to buy the shows tickets, plane tickets, reserving hotels, combining to meet with other fans to attend to the shows, and so anxious for the day of the show comes soon, I keep reading all this, and suffering because I can not do the same.

I planned to go to the USA in June this year for trying to see you at some show, but so far we have no shows schedule for the West Coast (where I'll be) and I started to fear that even going to the USA I could not see you because the dates and local will not match.

I know nothing of this is your fault, I know that the concerts schedule is not totally in your hands and it depends on several factors.

Your only guilt is to have a wonderful voice, be an amazing artist and a special guy, that every fan wants to see up close, to get to know you.

David, you are my first, perhaps the only one and last idol of my life. I do not know how I can continue my life normally thinking that I can not see you.

Have had the opportunity to knew you through the AI, folllowed by far your journey, your victory, your shows, have your music in my life, got to know so many amazing friends (WN's) all around the world because of you - all this was a blessing for me. But on the other hand, being away from you, not knowing if I will ever see you live, get to know you - this is a real ordeal.

I trully hope someday - soon I hope - I could post here about the happiness of have attended to one of your shows and, who knows, have the luck to got know you, and have spoken with you, took a picture next to you ....

You totally poured everything in there. It's nice to know someone who is truly a fan. I did feel like that once. But then I got over it as I hoped for David to come here.

Wow. We are TOTALLY the same.
It has been a year since I felt this obsession of him.

Back then, I heard a rumor that he'll come to the Philippines on January 27. I Totally freaked out.
But that event didn't come.

Many times I tried to fight and resist this obsession, but I just cannot continuously do it. It has been part of my life. Being a WordNerd, singing along with his songs, it's been a routine that I cannot take out of my system.

But I had faith. I continuously hoped and prayed, that someday, I will see him in person. That I can meet him. And that day finally came.

His concert in The Philippines is now final... May 16.

See? HAVE FAITH!

you know, i'm still obsessed with him.

and now, i'm crying because i might not be able to watch his concert here in the philippines.

Although I have attended his concert this May 16,
I still felt like I haven't had enough...

Even though he came here...
I wasn't even able to get close to him or shake is hand the least...

I feel regret everytime I think of it...

I worked at that time very near the Hotel he was staying...
and I couldn't even drop by to see him...


After all this, I still keep the hope that one day he will come back and I will get the chance to shake his hand, take a picture with him and even hug him.

But don´t loose hope, i´d say that one day he´ll come to Brazil! it´s more possible than that he will come to Slovakia...
