I made my own background with a compilation of some of my favorite pictures. I've made a couple others but I'm a rookie at making them so I'm still working on making them look as stellar as some of the talent I see in banners on this site. Working on another one that's even more tiled so when I finish it I'll post it.

Ok now yall are really gonna think I'm a goof but 25 years ago when I had my only other true rocker crush as an adult, I got my hands on Mellencamp's second album in the form of a cassette (does anyone know what that is?). The pic on that was EXACTLY like this. He had damp hair and a towel around his neck and the same look.

His name at that time (issued by his mgmt) was Johnny Cougar (ironic). John was 25 at the time that album came out, circa 1977. Karma is a strange and wonderful thing. 25 is becoming a lucky number for me. I'll have to hit the roulette table and let it ride when I go to Shreveport Tuesday!
