So I finally went to Target today to get some American Idol Trading Cards. They're $1.99 for a package of 5 cards. For some reason I went hog wild and bought 5 packages. This is what I got:

Great, they have a typo -- after Blue Springs where it should say MO for Missouri it has MI which is Michigan!

Well, at least I got a lot of David for my $10. Anyone else waste money...er...buy any of these cards?

Every time I've gone to get some at my local Target and Walmart, they don't have them! I don't think they sold out, I just don't think they ever got any in stock. I'm disappointed because I want to collect them. I'll just have to keep looking!

I've been trying to collect them, so far I've bought 9 packs! There is more than that one of David, I got one with the golden daily prizes back with a picture from Always be my baby! I noticed the MI typo too.

I was in my local Target yesterday. Did not see the cards anywhere. What section are they in?

the ones at my target are in the front near the cash registers with all the other trading cards.

In my Target (which I've noticed is mirror opposite of all other Targets I've been in ) at the end of the line of cash registers there's a wall separating the registers from the laundry detergent. And along that wall are all the trading cards -- baseball, Pokemon, Obama, etc. and the AI cards. I bought 5 more packs this weekend and only got one David card in the whole bunch -- his Winning Moment card.

I heard that the Adam Lambert, Kris Allen and Danny Gokey cards are really in demand, so I looked on eBay and their regular cards are going for about $40, but the autographed ones are going for around $300 a piece!

Dang! 300 bucks for one card... that's a little intensely expensive... lol.

I'm really into collecting these things! So far, I've almost been able to collect all of the "regular" cards which do not include the lenticular or autographed cards. I'll continue on my quest!
