Click on the contacts tab then add contact "Voting", it should appear on your list after you've added it.

- Click on Start Chat and then type in the number 1.
- You will see a list of contestant’s numbers. Choose Cookie's.
- It will begin to register your 25 votes.
- It is important to keep your email open during this entire process. After about 8-10 minutes, you will be notified that your 25 votes have been casted and that you can do it again.
- While waiting for the email confirmations, continue using gizmo and vote manually (dial tab).

na-try ko yang gizmo last week. Pag enter mo ng 1 hintayin mo yung reply..papapiliin ka. Tapos choose DC's number. then, hintay ka ng email confirmation...tsaka ka lang pwede bumoto ulit.

guys, again a reminder. just a summary plus additional information of everything that i posted here so far.

we can vote by globe phones and gizmo (both the manual way and the power voting way). and we can vote for both time zones. tried and tested already. ;D

for the past weeks i have been voting via my globe phone and gizmo from 9am-2pm.

since there will be 4 hours per time zone voting will NOW be from 9am-4pm/5pm/6pm not really sure. definitely longer than 2pm.

you should download and install gizmo5 because of their power voting.

power voting works by: www.gizmo5.com/idol
follow the instructions there. after you have added the contact:
1) Click on Start Chat and then type in the number 1.
2)You will see a list of contestant’s numbers. Choose Cookie's.
3) It will begin to register your 25 votes.
4) It is important to keep your email open during this entire process. After about 8-10 minutes, you will be notified that your 25 votes have been casted and that you can do it again.

and it's not really power voting per se since gizmo logs in the votes one by one hence the wait so yes i think it's valid! it's very consistent too as compared to manual voting via dia tab. some of the problems people encounter via the manual way (the manual way is dialing the numbers on the dial tab):

1) it just keeps ringing and ringing.
2) you don't hear the thank you message.

when this happens. hang up and try again.

as far as i know, votes are not counted unless you hear the thank you message. so just hang up and try again.

the time for the manual way for gizmo will be from: 9am-1pm. voting by the power voting via gizmo and globe cellphone will be from 9am-4pm/5pm/6pm.

either way you'll know because once the voting time is over you'll receive at the gizmo chat that "voting has now ended."


other problems with gizmo is that some of you can't find the contact.

for those asking where the contact is.. it's actually at your contact list already.

1)click the "contacts" tab then you'll see "voting."

2)click "voting"

3)then look at the buttons - click the "send instant message"

4)follow my instructions earlier.

some still can't find the contact. add "voting" manually.


you can also get people you know to vote. i've been making some banners for the past 3 weeks now and just recently made a new batch with david's numbers for the finale.
