talking about being word nerds... i learned most of my vocab through reading... but now, well, i learn more words since I am teaching English to Europeans... pati technical jargon ng isang particular industry natututunan ko! For example, there is this French learner who works in a pharmaceutical company who wants to learn the English pharmaceutical vocab... so yes, we were discussing "toxicity" and the "placebo effect" earlier... words that I wouldn't normally care about but now I can apply them to everyday life... weird ng job ko noh... minsan talaga nagtuturo ako ng hindi ko alam... discussing an article on bio-chemical engineering... aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!

am an MT so i type weird words all the time, doesn't mean i know what they mean though LOL
