This is great!! I'm Lee most people know me as being a friend of former Idol contestant Gina Glocksen, but David is one of the only 4 so far to really make me take notice this season! He's who I am rooting for!! And if you know how much I voted for Gina you can only imagine how much I'm gonna be voting for David!

I just want to say David has my full support. I just about crapped myself when I saw him tonight on the show. Dr. Pepper shooting out of my nose, big mess, paper towels, all of that. I went to high school with him and I can't believe it. He looks great! Hell, he was hot then and he's still got it! Truly great guy and I wish him the best in the world. I've never voted or even watched American Idol, but I will be this season! I hope he takes it, you just lose it when you hear his voice...it's amazing! I knew he was in a band but never went to see him and I regret it now. Good luck David, if you ever read this crap. If anyone has a shot it's you Mr. Cowboy! We're rooting for you back home in Blue Springs.

Not a big AI person... but three of my friends all texted me during the Omaha auditions askin if I knew a David Cook.

I saw Axium play once or twice, and I've been into MWK for a while now, so I was excited to hear David made it through. It's a big strange seeing him on the show, I'm used to just seeing the guy around Tulsa.. lol


And, I still can't believe I'm watching the show this season, after harassing friends for being so into it before.

Dropping in to say hi! I'm from David's home town of Blue Springs. Spent some time going to see him when he was with Axium and some of the acoustic shows that he did with Jeff. I knew he had a great voice and am so glad to see him on American Idol! It's great to see him on the show and know that he is being real - not trying to conform to some type of image that some people might think he should be.

Anyway, looking forward to the journey.....
