Ok, I am a total retard here I guess. I have downloaded 4 of these videos so far and I downloaded that xvid thing and Quicktime won't play them and Windows media player I just have a bright green box with audio. Can someone help me? What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do?? I hate being a computer tard...need a quick David fix.... 3 hours 39 minutes (CST) and counting to tuesdave AI

I believe that xvid is people who use Macs. I'm using XP and I just downloaded and played. I also use vlc over Win media player...it plays anything without any extra codec needed.

I just really need to see some of DC before tonight and HQ would be fabulous...I get tired of the crap I find on youtube but that has been doing it for me yet again today. Glad I found this thread though so I could get some good stuff and have it accessible right here on my own computer. 2 hours and 22 minutes (CST) and couting until cookie hotness!

I´m on a PC and using XP, and I also tried Windows Media Player at first, but then that codec thing got in the way, so then I tried the VLC player because from my experience in the past it usually plays everything, and it does play the files, that´s not the problem, rather the problem for me is that the files keep "skipping", like the audio and the video will not run smoothly, I´ve tried to download from a couple of those sources Travis has the files uploaded to, thinking maybe that was the problem, but it isn´t, so right now I have the files, and they (or should I say he is) gorgeous but I just want to be able to listen to them and view them without any hitches or bumps....

Anyone have any ideas?

OK I know I´m quoting myself now, but I just really really REALLY want to be able to see the HQ videos in actual High Quality, and not have them skipping all the time, so if anyone has any ideas to solve my little problem (and I don´t even know if the problem is my computer, the media player or something else), it would be greatly appreciated!!

I would even bake you some cookies and send them to the States via FedEx..... (OK maybe not, I´m a terrible baker)

why don't you download the wm player codec? all the videos work fine for me and i only have windows movie player.

Hey guys, new here, huge lurker! and 1st Costarican I bet! We get AI a week behind it airs in the states, so I stay current with youtube!
Just wanted to thank Travis for these amazing vids, but I have an odd request...is there ANY way we could get these HQ vids with the judges comments???? I love DC's reactions to what some of the judges say and I would LOOVE to see them in HQ instead of youtube. You think you can help??
Oh, and another thing...I was wondering what are the voting hours so I can vote for DC even though I'm not actually watching (cause I have to wait for a kind soul to upload it on youtube). Can anyone help?

Where I work we have an 80 inch projection screen, so I copied the videos to the connected computer and really enjoyed watching him full screen at the end of the day. It helped me reminisce and psych myself for tonight's finale.

We are sure gonna miss seeing him every week, but these large videos will help.

In these performances (and throughout the night), David looked so comfortable, confident, handsome and happy. And in such great voice.
He really seemed like he was already the winner (as he was in our hearts).
Everything that went down Wednesday night made his victory seem right and inevitable.
