I didn't pay much attentilon to it, I was busy switching from his lips to the tats. I actually thought it was kinda cute. I wouldn't think a guy would be caught dead with any kind of flower on them, which most guys won't wear pink, so David is on a completely different playing field and the other guys don't hold a candle to him. It is a bit big, but oh well. I like it better than that new cap he had on the other day.

Leave it to a forum that is supposed to support his music to nit pick about a piece of jewelry he wears. Such a shame. Perhaps someone he values gave it to him. Perhaps he just likes it. Does it really matter? I really have no patience for the threads that focus on what he is or is not wearing. I say shut your eyes and just listen for a brief moment.

I believe the intent of this was to be humorous and not to be mean or nit pick(this entire sub forum is meant to be fun/silly). Everyone is entitled to their opinions. If you read the posts, they all said they love David for his music not his fashion sense. I can tell you personally I could give 2 flying leaps what he wears as long as he puts out good music and puts on a great show. However I did see the necklace and thought it was an odd choice, does it impact what I think of him - NO. I have always liked him for the music.

This thread was started with the direct intent on being fun. It in no way is meant to take focus off of the music. If I thought for one moment David or his family would take offense to this, I would remove it. However, the fact that David does things like this, shows the wonderful sense of humor he has.

Well I find this thread amusing, and I believe David would, too. C'mon, that flower choker was a bit large (if not even a bit, um, girly.) It didn't seem to stand out as much when he wore it with the crew neck t-shirts, but with the very low-cut V-neck, it was a bit, shall we say, conspicuous? But I was more mesmerized by the way the V-neck kept getting pulled lower and lower by the lavalier mic throughout the whole football picks video. Dave was showing a lot of cleavage there!

Look, there's the beanie, the plaid, the bling, the boots on the beach, the wearing of the same pair of jeans for days on end -- I think it's fine to find David's clothing choices amusing. It's part of his charm. And in a way I think it does affect the music because David's clothing keeps him comfortable and happy and that's reflected in the great job he does performing night in and night out. And if it causes us to emit a chuckle or two, what's the harm?

At least he dressed up to be Best Man at his friend's wedding last night (let's just hope a comb found its way through his hair before he went down the aisle ):

If you can't say something positive and join in the fun, stay out of these threads, don't bother posting if you don't like what's in it, don't even come in here. There are plenty of threads on this board that talk about music, so stay there. This is for fun, the site was not built solely to talk about his music, we're allowed to have fun, I'm sure if David was to see these things he would get a big kick out of it, he has a great sense of humor and goofs off, so I think we can too. Also David is a person, not a music machine, there is much more to him than music.

I don't really care what he wears, I love him anyway he comes, but it's fun to comment. That shirt dipping down left it hard to see anything else though. He probably did it so we would talk about it, lol.

Truthfully, I look forward to where he's going next with his bling. He does come up with some interesting combos. I don't particulary care for the flower necklace but, hay, it's David.

I like to see what he comes comes up with too, he's so funny. He has it on in a new video interview. The more I look at it, the more I think he looks pretty hot with it on, lol. The guy can make golf clothes look hot, so I guess he can wear a flower necklace if he wants to. A fan may have given it to him. He had on a bunch of beads on his wrists too, one on each wrist. I have 6 cancer silicone bracelets on one wrist so, I can't say anything, which I'm just copying him I guess, but oh well, I also wear the handcuff necklace with a dog tag and a heart pendant, so I'm a fan of the bling.

I actually admire David for wearing those types of things even if we all do giggle a bit at first! That is a man who is aware of himself and confident in his own skin, be damned what others say.

Actually I like the flower necklace on him....now that beanie is another story! I wish he would stop wearing that beanie! I hate it!

I've actually grown to like it now, I think he looks cute. I'd say he could ie his hair purple like Joey did and I'd still think he was hot. I have a bad, bad, bad addiction. I like everything he does and wears, I need help, lol.

chillax... it's all in good fun. David doesn't take his "public" self too seriously. We shouldn't either. And we all shut our eyes and listen for way more than brief moments anyway, otherwise we wouldn't be here.

So back to the thread... I love the "where were your friends" comment. He does come up with some strange combos. Remember on the first leg of the tour when he wore the dress tie, nice button-down vest, and the beanie together?! David you are so cute in your non-fashion sense

I actually think its kinda cool, its different, and its him! hes being himself and I like that Its cool that hes confident enough to wear whatever he wants. I<3 the boots 2 lol..

One of his neices may have picked it out for him, possibly, he would def. wear it if they did, or a fan may have given it to him. Although with his quirky sense of humor he might have picked it out himself, who knows. For some reaswon I find guys with no sense for fashion way hotter than guys who do, even though he does look way hot all dressed up in a suit.

The bracelet is from my friend Dana (dcroxmyworld). She gave it to him at the Kean University show on 9/27. he was singing IDIFY and she held the bracelet up to him and he took it from her, put it on and curtsied to her! it was so cute! (check it out on Youtube!) She is so excited that he is still wearing it!! My friend Krista also had a sign " When you find booze, Come Back To Me" and he took it and put it on the stage!
