So this may have been covered already...

But last night during the question segment, on the bottom of the screen there was a question for David Cook:

It mentioned a tour date hitting a city in PA (Pitts, Philly, I forget) and saying "I would love to take you on a date..."


So was that any of you ladies here who put that one in?

I couldn't imagine how David would answer that one.

I don't think they had any intention of asking him that on air. It would really be putting him on the spot. Though I'm sure he would have found a very polite way around it without saying yes or no.

It reminds me of the question they had up there during IGB week.
It was something like "I'll donate a thousand bucks if I can have a date with David Cook."
Now THAT was really funny. And again, it wasn't me.
I don't have that kind of cash, though it would be a worthy investment.
And I think he'd have a much tougher time saying no...

If you wasn't any of them, were you that Tara from CA who had kissed Simon? yesterday's calls all were pretty priceless but I was disappointed that they didn't ask contestants anything.

Someone should ask David about Procelain, I'm dying to know if it was spelling error (which is hard to believe from the wordnerd) or was it printer's fault.

Yeah, I wished they had questions for the contestants, but none for them? Weird. (Still glad they didn't ask that particular one, haha).

The girl from PA said that the show was on her birthday, I think, and I guess she wanted the date for that.

I think he would have said something like "Of course" but there he probably would have known that he wouldn't have time on tour. I mean he couldn't say no!

He handled that one BRILLIANTLY... it was hilarious, adorable and he got the point across.

They might just want to be staying away from too many questions like that for AI's resident (and slightly reluctant and humble) sex symbol...

I hate when they ask the judges questions....I really don't care about them...and I LOL'd at Simon's first kiss, but it took up time that could have been used on David! lol.
