He wasn't the winner, but fans from all around globe kept him in the competition till the final 3! I've met the man in person on several occasions and he's just a humble man with a heart of gold.
His self-titled debut CD is out. Most songs on the CD are beautifully orchestrated covers of classic rock songs (done in the style of "Baby I Love Your Way", if you watched the show on TV). A bonus to this CD are 3 of MiG's own original songs. Hear a sample at his websites:

i liked him. he was cool but my fav's were JD Marty and Jordis. rockstar supernova sucked and the only good person there was Toby Rand.
MiG! I loved him!! I was wondering the other day what he'd been up to lately. I also loved Marty Casey and Ryan Star (not to be confused with American Idol's Ryan STARR LoL), but omg did I love Ryan LoL I miss Rockstar...hmmm...LoL

I watched Rockstar:INXS. I thought Mig was phenominal and wanted him to win. Didn't think much of JD, but each to their own.
I saw WE WILL ROCK YOU here in London and althought Mig wasn't on the cast anymore I could just imagine him and 'scarybush' on stage!
I'll defo gonna listen to the songs later.

LOVE MIG! I didn't know anyone else here knew him? And guess what...
I GOT TO MEET HIM FACE TO FACE! My mum's friend is the head of the marketing company that's promoting WWRY in Hong Kong right now, so I was allowed to sit in the pre-opening night press conference. He answered some questions about how being back on the show has changed for him since Rockstar INXS, and I even got to take a pic with him! YEAH!
Now if only DC would come to Hong Kong....
Awww I miss Mig!!!! I remember the first time he sang "Home in Me" I can remember crying. He was deffinetly one of my favs.

Oh the good old days of RS:INXS! I loved Jordis to death (I still do), but Mig was my second favorite. I still find it kinda funny that members of INXS said they aren't looking for another Michael but ended up choosing the guy who resembled Michael the most.
IMO Mig deserved to win, his performances were pretty solid throughout the show. I don't even remember any bad performance.
Baby I Love Your Way so beautiful alone, and it became even better when he asked Marty and Jordis to join with him to sing an encore in elimination episode.
