Just thought I'd throw this out there, she totally should've been in the top two with our David. Actually, I was even hoping she'd win so David can put out the kind of record he wants to and not be the Idol puppet (here's hoping his first album can be his own stuff, as it's looking more and more like he'll be crowned).

I miss Carly too. She was ABSOLUTELY best of the girls. But she'll make a great career anyway.

I was really pushing for Cookie and Carly in the Top 2. So sad when she left,I cried at work....my coworkers thought I was crazy.

She was my favorite of the girls and I was sorry to see her go. I hope that some recording company picks her up because she is a strong singer.

Hopefully a good record company picks her up. There are so many shady ones around nowadays. Don't give a flying flip about the artists,all about the money. I don't wanna see Carly sucked into something like that.

I'm sure Carly is not gonna work with some company she doesn't want to. If some company wants Carly to do something she doesn't, i'm sure Carly will find some other company.

I don't really find that artists have that much control in the situation. I mean,some of the biggest names in music ever are under then thumb of a one L.A. Reid...who dictates everything they do(appearances they make,single choices,what they wear even). Before signing with that label,they were with other label's who did the same.


I'm not saying all a label is gonna do is jerk a person around,but I'm just hoping for Carly's sake she doesn't just take the first offer thrown at her b/c it could end up being a huge mistake. I don't want her to get taken advantage of.

I just ment that Carly seems like a strong person and she can say no, if something's going wrong, or something, you know. : p

I love the interview she did with Idolatry.. she seems so cool and down to earth and it sounds like she's going to make an album that I absolutely love. We love the same kind of music haha.

Oh I also think that Michael shouldn't go home yet, I'd have liked him to be at least in top 4.

I LOVED Carly. She most certainly had one of the most amazing voices in the competition. I kinda feel bad for the girls on AI, because I sort of feel they have to work so much harder than the guys to get a fanbase, since let's face it, the audience is mostly female. I was a Carly fan from day one and was hoping to see her at least in the top three, preferably with Johns and Cook.

I think its Andrew Lloyd Webber's fault of why Carly had been eliminated.She didn't mean to sing that song, I mean she had other better song choices.That song really battered her luck in the competition.I thought she's going to be in the top-2!!!On the other hand, when she sang that song, many were amazed.I think Jesus Christ Superstar was her best.

I thought she rocked it - But I also think it sunk her.

During the auditions I was really taken by Carly and David (for sure). I too miss Carly and I wish her nothing but the best. I have heard some of her early releases and they are very good, so I have a feeling that Celine may be in a run for her money. LOL

Carly was awesome! I so missed her when she got voted off. I so can't wait till she drops an album I know it will be great!

Carly will be fine. By this time next year she'll have something out.

The show just wasn't quite the same for me after Carly was voted off! But I still had our Cookie to look forward to every week!! Carly is going to do just fine and I am going to buy her cd the minute it is released!
