You know...on the Bo Bice message board I was a member of awhile back, we had this password-protected forum, that was adults-only 18+. You got access by confirming your age on your profile (it was confirmed by an admin of course) and then you got the password to the forum. Maybe we could set something like that up here?

I third that, but...the thread has been going for awhile, and was probably the largest (and most well-travelled) thread on the whole board, so I have trouble believing that it was not known about before yesterday. If anything, the posts seemed to be getting slightly less explicit. Certainly no harm was intended, I'm just a little confused as to why it was removed so suddenly without explanation.

ya a password might be a really good idea. that would at least ward off any younger readers who probably shouldn't even be thinking about him like that........

I wonder if it had something to do with someone mentioning that David knew about the thread. Maybe he requested it gone?

Yeah I'd like to know too, if possible. If it offended anyone, I'm fine with it being gone. And I like Steph's idea about 18 and over.. if there is a warning beforehand then those that don't want to participate in it can steer clear of it.

When I asked Lizzy to ask you all to keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers, that thread was the place I wanted it posted because all of you in that thread are the ones I'm closest to (Rhoda, Chelsey, Beth, Kimberley, Rock 'n' Roll Soul, etc). So yeah...we at least need to make a thread where we can meet up again. I'll go crazy without that thread LOL

OH God, if David requested it, I feel even worse.. I would NEVER want to offend him or make him feel embarrassed by something I wrote. He has become someone that is very important to me in the fact that I wish him only the best. His voice, his talent, just him period has touched my heart in a major way and while I do find him INTENSELY ATTRACTIVE, I would never want to say anything that made him uncomfortable..

Aww honey. It's okay.. I just don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I can only speak for myself but those fantasies were purely just thoughts that crossed my mind. I know that nothing like that will ever happen but it was a cool way to share my dreams with friends that feel the same way!

So if David did see them... MY BAD!!!!! It's his fault though for being so damn hot!!!

I wish one of the admin were online right now so we could ask them what happened. I know Cassandra, herself, even visited that thread AND posted in it...so it's strange that it was deleted with no explanation or anything...hmmm.

There were some concerns about it being a public forum or if we should even have it, and so, be patient, it has several possible outcomes. Fair warning, we may have to put a PG-13 label on it.

As everyone else here has said, none of us wants to do anything that would be offensive to you, David, or anyone else connected to him. We perhaps got a bit carried away (we're only human!) and I understand not everyone on here is, uh...legal, so I can see where that may also be a concern. I'm down with whatever is decided.

Oh geez. Where do I even start??

Okay..well...first of all, I was part of that group last night and I just want to apologize to each and every one of you. We're from the original AI forums and got a little too excited when we found this one. We probably were the one's that got this thread put "on hold" because...yeah...someone in our group got way too explicit and I was really surprised by what she was writing. I'm still disturbed about it too...and I'm writing her a very LONG and detailed PM write now.

I've decided to go back "home" and stay away from this thread because it just gets my friends and I into trouble. I'm not into the hardcore stuff that my friend was writing and didn't really know how to handle the whole situtation...

one of us told her cut the porno language and keep it more "Harlequin Romance" if you will, so she calmed down a bit...but still.

Again, I am sooooo soooo sorry! I hope you can forgive us crazy women. On behalf of everyone in my group, including myself, we promise to behave ourselves from now on. but I don't think I'll be around here much anymore...

I think it is much different coming from a place of "old friend, probably thinks of him in a brotherly way," to "hot (single) rockstar that we are just starting to know, and who happens to be sensitive and funny and smart, and everything else we all presumably love about men."
