OMG. I got David this REALLY COOL Gibson-style guitar head belt buckle! It's super cool. One problem: my boyfriend flipped out! He thinks that I have a crush on DC (come on now, he's great but let's get serious!) and that I don't want to be with him anymore. That's some serious insecurity... especially coming from a guy who's hotter than DC (to me, anyway) and definitely a better guitar player! Don't get me wrong, DC is awesome. I love him, I adore his musical style, etc etc... why else would I be here? But DC poses zero threat to our relationship! Even if DC wanted to date me, which we all know on planet earth would NEVER EVER happen for a multitude of reasons, I don't even want to date him! I love my boyfriend of 7+ years more than anything in this world. WHY do men get so jealous and crazy?

SO sorry to vent on you all! This just happened about 10 minutes ago and I'm feeling kind of shocked.

Anyway, while I was out shopping today I saw the cutest yellow tshirt w/ an owl w/ huge eyes on it. I immediately thought of Brooke! I think bracelets, silly little card games or anything of that nature would be good gifts to get the other Idols. Just something cute for them to wear or do on the bus to show them that you were thinking of them would be nice.

Just wanted to let you know that although I'm not a huge Clay Aiken fan (even though back in season 2 I voted for him many many times) I can understand why he has the following he does. I was in the green room when he was on the Jimmy Kimmel show last year - in fact my friend and I were the only ones in there when ET was filming their interview with him. So I got a REAL up close and personal. At one point I got yelled at by the cameraman because he saw me move in the background and I had to leap onto a nearby sofa to get out of camera range! Anyway, he is another one of these people who really appreciates his fans and is happy to interact with his "Claymates". I would never attack you for liking him!

For all you backstage pass seekers: I would be very surprised if anyone can get backstage passes for these events. I know someone in the AI organization who told me he can't get me backstage (and this is someone you guys have seen on camera many times.) Best I could get is passes for the Aftershow. I do know someone who got backstage for the AI finale at the Nokia, but he was with the son of the producer! For security reasons they won't let anyone but crew back there. Maybe Paula can walk up there and get in with her face as the pass, but that's about it.

If anyone pulls this off, please let us know how you did it!

I would love to do something little for everyone, but i just haven't thought of any ideas, except getting a bunch of candy, gum, etc and putting them in bags.
