Actually my uncle is a well-known artist down south, esp. in OK. Does a lot of Native
American stuff, only a part of which I have seen!! I think Tulsa it is!! Esp. now that
Karla isnt doing Evansville she is going to Ft. Wayne.

LOL. When I went to buy a bottle of bubbly for the mimosa's in Chicago, I looked at the different ones,

no i'd come by myself - and i looked up airfare, looks around 300+ to fly - what's the hotel run? I may just drive in the day before, and spend the two nights in the hotel, or leave super early that morning to make it in time for the buses! What do you think? When are you two flying in Stacey?

I can take a chance and fly on Northwest, my mom is a flight attendant; but I would have to fly stand-by
and I have not had best luck with that. long layovers in the past or getting bumped. Also, maybe if there
are too many for one vehicle, we could take 2 (I would probably rent car for few days b/c the miles are
racking up on my little escort at this point).

I was having the same issue with my boyfriend, Jim. But he's been surprisingly cool about all the shows I've decided to go to! It's CRAZY. I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop...

That's great that he's been so supportive. I'd say he should join you for one, but I know what he's said about David..and it probably wouldn't be pleasant for him.

Jim thinks he's too cool for school! lmao... But I'd say he's more familiar with Makeover and Straight Ahead than half of the people on this board since he learned to play both songs (all instruments, including drums) and they sound awesome (musically anyway)! He's secretly a DC fan, I know it. He's just a bit jealous!

If he didn't totally hate arena shows, I'd definitely bring him! Too bad we've missed out on DC's "small sweaty club" days.... :sigh:

I have a feeling that David is the type that will still try to do some smaller, more intimate venues
once in awhile after his tour, etc. couple of years down the road. A lot of musicians enjoy doing
that in between the big shows, because they get closer & more personal to/with audience.
Dont know if he's said anything about it, but I think he might feel that way.

suppose you could call them for more info, but I think it sounds like a VIP access thing.
Club with bar maybe? Like they have at some arenas and casinos ( I used to work for Harrahs
in East Chicago). Not sure about the 'Donors' thing. Maybe they are reserved or priority for
people who support the arena?

22 inch seats means they are a bit wider/more comfy!!

that is probably a pretty decent price for such seats!!

Penny- Maria and I got similar seats from eBay (probably the same seller) in section 110. I think these are as good as they get, especially for the price. Floor seats are selling for as much as $910 a ticket on some broker sites! And they're only 10th row! They only sell as pairs, so you should probably go in w/ Carrie?
