i checked itunes, there are downloadable top 2 singles available.
anyone out there that can be downloaded?

i love Dream Big. for me, it's like it's meant for him to sing it.
Time of my Life is melodically different from Dream Big. if Time of my Life was not the coronation song, i'd pink Dream Big for him to sing. because there hasnt been a fast song as a coronation song yet.

Kelly has A Moment Like This, Rubben has Flying without Wings, Fantasia has I Believe, Carrie has Inside Your Heaven, Taylor has Do I Make You Proud, and Jordin has This is my Now. all of which are songs which are mellow and heartfelt. Dream Big is upbeat yet heartfelt. but Time of my life is ok too. it wouldnt have won if it wasnt.

the one in itunes is the american idol performance. there are no studio versions for the finale.

Hi Travis. DC has the top 4 singles on itunes. Are those all studio versions? Why don't we have the studio versions of ISHFWILF, Dream Big and The World I Know? Or have you posted the links somewhere else? I can't access itunes. Please, have pity on me. Thanks in advance. And for other DC songs on AI that are still not on this list. Thanks much.

If I'm not mistaken, they don't record the songs sung in the F2, except for the coronation song. They just record the live performance. It's probably because aside from rehearsing the 3 songs of the finale, they have to rehearse the various duets and group sings for the Results show, and other little details; they don't have time.

Awww that's a shame. I would have wanted to get the studio version of ISHFWILF.

are u sure it's the studio? i thought there were no studio recordings for top 2 and that the mp3s are from their live performances but with the sound of the audience toned down. either way, i still really want it!

Very sure, cuz I have the live version, and the sample I heard on iTunes had some piano in the background of the second verse, which I did NOT hear in the live version. I compared them several times, so I'm pretty sure.

gosh, I have to listen to these tracks every 2 hours can't get enough of it. My favourite is Day tripper and Music of the night (I get the creeps everytime he hits those high notes at the end of this song ) Is there a studio version of Baba O'Riley? anyone knows?
