If that was predictable then what about his little puppy Archie? They haven't been predictable at all in last ~10 weeks? It's going to be even worse next week when it's all about David vs. David.

Randy's judging has been pointless (yo dawg) for so long but this is ridiculous. We all know he does want Archie in the finale but it's not reason for bad judging.

I think that Randy wants to see Syesha in the finale. Her voice is okay but she is definitely more suited to a Broadway career.

I loved all three of David's performances including Dare You to Move.

For me the stand out performance was TFTEISYF. I have the video on replay all day today. I get a lump in my throat. He is able to emote so well. I have yet to see any guy emote as well. The best tone, voice and performer out of all the AI performers thus far. David will be so successful.

Yeah, Randy was really p******g me off last night. I was expecting so much more from him. Cookie was on top of his game last night. TFTEISYF brought me to tears. I was so proud of him.

And I also agree that he seemed to care more about going back and forth with Simon than actually giving a real comment or opinion about the performance and then - this is one for the highlight reels- PAULA has to break it up and tell them it's not about THEM, it's about Our David.. Simon picked one of the hardest songs ever for Our David and he nailed it and he got rave reviews, which were well deserved.

Randy picked a song (that Syesha already performed on another reality show) and she did a copycat performance of the song.. hey, come to think of she did a copycat of a copycat performance.. how weird is that?? and she got OK reviews.. Well, he should have picked a better song! End of story on that..

And, he killed me by overpraising little david's first song, being honest with his critique of "With You", but then jumping right back into overdrive mode when little david did the last song.... So, basically he just proved that little david can do ballads.. BUT NOT MUCH ELSE..

HA, if I were Randy I would go on tonight's show and apologize.. to everyone .. but that's just what I would do.. I am sure he is going to just be himself tonight.. Oh well.. no worries here, since I am only going to watch to see Our David sail into the finale....

You know, Randy almost acted like Simon hurt his feelings when he said Randy chose a predictable song for Syesha b/c he harped on the word w/ David more than once. It seemed to me that they were playing "good cop- bad cop" last night. It quite frankly pissed me off that their attitudes were so cavalier regarding all of the hard work these contestants have put in over a long period of time with little rest.

There is something wrong with randy... these couple of weeks he has been hard on cookie ... FOR NO REASON!!

I have never agreed with Randy Jackson. If I think it seems off, he loves it. If I love it, its just 'aiiight' for him--so I just stopped listening to him.

DC got the brunt of his agression. Randy was judging nicely during DA and Sy's first songs, then Simon trashed his song choice and Randy turned into Mr. Hyde when it came time to judge DC...and for the rest of the show. Seriously the judges need to get over themselves. Booo, Randy.

Randy seriously, irreversibly pissed me off last night. For reals. Could he be ANY more biased? I mean, it's no secret that he's been a fan of Archie since the beginning, and he's made it pretty obvious that he likes Syesha too, but his job isn't to pimp his favorite contestants. It really irks me. I've enjoyed Syesha the last couple of weeks, but I really didn't think she was on last night at all. None of her performances did anything for me, but he just acted like she was the greatest thing ever. And the way he so obviously favors Archie just makes me want to vomit. I thought Archie was kind of weak last night (although, I kind of really enjoyed With You... *ducks*) and I mean, if Randy wants to praise him, fine, but completely RAVING over him after every single mediocre performance the way Randy does is just retarded.

And the way he treated DC last night drove me crazy. For one thing, I lost count of the times he used the word "predictable". That annoys me to no end. At this point in the show, aren't the contestants supposed to be showcasing the sort of arists they're going to be? The kind of music they would put out if they won? So wouldn't you expect them to pick songs that fit their style, especially since this is the first time in the entire season they were able to pick WHATEVER they want. Plus, I think this made me angriest of all... he calls TFTEISYF "predictable" (WTF?!) and says he wishes Simon would have chosen something different because David's the rocker and needs to display that and blah blah blah... then when David picks the Switchfoot song, a song that exemplifies who he is as a musician, Randy complains that it was a predictable choice. What the hell, dude. Hahaha. I'm sorry I'm rambling, but I am SO mad at Randy right now.

I think what it boils down to is he was just taking out his frustration with Simon on Cookie. Ugh. What a baby.
