Hello everyone, I joined late last night and wanted to tell a little about myself in this area. I'm a married 27 y/o gal born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL. I currently reside in Huntsville, AL for almost a week. We moved here for my husband's new job with NASA. I will be married 1 year on Monday, 5/19 and we have no kids. I've watched every season of Idol and this one has been my favorite. Cookie had me from Hello and he's got a fan for life. I've loved each and every one of his performances as well as his Pre-Idol masterpieces. I love talking and meeting new people and love that we are here for the same cause

I am new to this site, but I am a Huge David Cook Fan. I hope he wins, but I have a feeling that David A. will win because of all the little girls that will vote for him. I think David C would be more successful as an American Idol than David A. I know that I would not buy any CD's of David A's, but I would buy everyone of David Cooks. Even if David C doesn't win the title of American Idol, we all know that he is the true Winner. Love you David.

Great to see two from AL on here, and from T-Town at that!! Most of my family is in NW AL in Franklin, Lawrence and Morgan Co.

Been here since I was 2, my parents and entire family were born and raised here. I went to Holt, my husband went to County High.

I went to Brookwood and my husband graduated from Pleasant Grove in Birmingham, although he only moved here in 1997. I was actually born in Tuscaloosa and was raised in Brookwood, although since most people are unfamiliar with it since it's so small I just say T town. What line of work are you in? I know Brookwood! Holt and Brookwood were rivals! Actually, I have 2 cousins who went to Brookwood, and my husbands best friend went there as well.

Right now I work as an apartment manager for Sealy Realty on campus.

I'm not sure if I'm going or not. The only one I would want to see is David.

I'm pretty sure I will have probably heard of them. Brookwood is so small your either related to everyone or just know them by name, but maybe not their face. Hubby just graduated with his Master's from UA in Aerospace Engineering. Starts his job on Tuesday. All of my family lives down there. I was so blessed to get to go, hubby wasn't sure if he would be able to get off work, but my best friend agreed to go with me and make into a little girl's weekend. What year did you grad Holt? I grad in 1999.

I live in IL right now, BC80, but I make a trip or two a year to see the Tide play at BDS. I was a HS teammate of Van Tiffin(in "The Kick" pic in my sig) at Red Bay HS.

Are you going to the Idol concert this summer?

Probably not, BC80. I am in training for an insurance job right now and need to focus on that so I can start making money for my gameday trips.
