Polly, I'm kiddin' with you! Yeah, I can understand that about peagent-ness. I still think she can sing in perfect tune and makes Killing Me Softly DEADLY when you mix it with some Aiken.

Not really a suprise I don't like her stuff and over the 7 seasons of AI there's only four contestants I remember liking! And even less on the UK pop idol/x factor! I have students who could do it better than this;

Ok, I hadn't heard her sing before, but I have to say I'm not a fan of her voice based on that clip. I don't think she's terrible, but just something about her voice I didn't like *shrugs*

I'm not suprised she's never released an album! I mean, yes she can sing... but there is nothing special about her voice. No quirks, no sparkle.
She also doesn't seem to have much range.

To be frank... I think the only reason she got through the semi-finals is because she showed more flesh than I do when lying on a beach. My god! all I saw was abs and cleavage!!

I think you can actually apply from the UK as well, I remember my friend Lee telling me about it. How they have open days or recruitment days in birmingham (at least thats where i think he said) and they'd sort your visa and everything...

And I so know that there's an inscription on that house's wall, made by Nathaniel Hawthorne in 1820-something when Sophia [his wife from the Peabody family] had a miscarriage. He inscribed into the wall with her engagement ring, a momento and memoriam of their daughter. I just want to see that one bit.
