They've never been wrong for a single finale since they started. I for one believe in the accuracy, especially with such a large margin between them. In my mind Cookie has already won, and if he doesn't, I'll know that the idol producers cheated and threw out the actual results.

That makes me sooooooooo Happy I really want this for him more than anything ever in my whole life. I prayed last night and I hardly ever pray. I know God will come threw for Cookie and all of us. He deserves to be AI winner!!! and If the results get thrown out thats just friken sad I will have lost all respect for the show and its platforem as a TALENT compitision cuz Cookie has the talent hands down!!!! I'm so sick of Archies Teenies they just think hes cute there blinded by that and can't see or hear real talent. I've looked at that graphic a few times today. In fact, Archie was already in the red there before I even went to bed. That was around 1:30-1:45 am eastern time this morning. I know they don't count text votes, but I'm hoping that he is indeed the winner.

DIAL IDOLLLLLL! I saw the results in school and I started flipping out..I turned around and showed my friend Bekka...it was so funny!! PLEASE AMERICAN IDOL, DON'T CHANGE THE RESULTS, DAVID COOK IS THE WINNER!!

My sister says our Cookie looks demonic and hopes that he doesn't win. I had to wrestle the phone out of her hand last night so I could vote. She agreed with Simon's last comment for Archie and I basically told her, he said that so us Cookies will vote extra hard for him and people are going to think that Archie has it but really he doesn't. She got mad.

Oooo you know it!!! I was thinking when I seen the map that if North Dakota happened to be pink, I'd have to go on a little hunt and kick some people's butts.

I'm so nervous...I'm TRYING to prepare for the fact if he loses, but I can't. Then if he wins and starts crying, I'm trying to prepare myself to not collapse to the floor and blubber like a baby. Although it'll probably work that way. That always happens to me when he starts crying. Haha.

Whether he takes the title or not, I think we will all be crying! We just have yet to see if it will be tears of joy or tears of despair. We are all so emotionally vested in him. WOW - it's like nothing I have ever seen or experienced!

I didn't know if I should have posted that last night or not. All night Cookie was ahead of Archie. If he does win (crossing fingers he will) then I'll know that this season has been an actual contest and not just a popularity contest.
I voted for Taylor Hicks and now I kinda wished I hadn't. Sure, he's pretty good, but Chris D. should have been the winner.
