Though this is something that's really out of my hands, I just hope I can do something here, considering that I'm its TS (thread-starter). I sincerely hope that you guys could co-operate on this one, as I seek your understanding on this one.

I have some news about David's album. I was at Parkway earlier today and asked about the record again at Sembawang Music. It was disappointing actually, the guy again had NO word on it. Last weekend, he said he had received the fax about Archie's so he could say for sure it would be out. Its the weekend before David's album release and he doesn't have official word. *sigh* Anyway, best to call wherever you're going before getting the album. The guy gave me the store's number plus their other outlets as well so I tried my luck and called Sembawang Music at Raffles City, the lady said YES they have the same information we do that the album would be out on the 17th BUT she said just to be sure CALL before you head down, delivery guy may not always be on time. I just hope we can all get the album on the 17th. Those of you out on that day, could you guys text us or post here if you're able to so the few of us stuck in the office can make plans as to where to go to get it. Thanks bunches!

I've been sitting here for the past hour with Permanent on repeat.

I know I said it before that the 30 sec snippet didn't really grab me.. but the whole song is just... GARHHH!
The emotions in that song.. is just... no words can describe. Good job, Cook. Really good job. Permanent just moved up the list to become my fave song from this album. I really think if released as a single, it'll do really really well, but it cannot be the next single. Maybe the third, or fourth. He needs an upbeat song next. I'm hoping for Bar-ba-sol. heh.. I checked Sembawang Plaza Singapura just now..
and I asked when it's coming out and the girl said that they don't know for sure, but next week definitely.
Then I just said that I heard from Sony BMG that it's coming out November 17th..so the girl went to the counter and looked at some papers. Then she told me that it would be coming tomorrow, if there are no delays. I asked her what time usually they come in and she said late afternoon (3-4PM).

The funny thing was, when I was leaving the shop, the manager approached the girl and said in Chinese (but I could guess what he meant), "Asking David Cook huh?" LOL.

Maybe quite a few people have been asking..haha

Since Sembawang is saying that it's coming late afternoon, maybe we should meet up in the afternoon afterall..
