Gosh! My next few weekends are quite packed actually. This coming weekend I do have stuff on but depending on the timing, I may or may not be able to turn up. Although I highly doubt it's this weekend right considering it's already Thursday tmr. Next weekend (23-24) I'll be in KL for my cousin's wedding. Weekend after that (30-31) still free so I'm all for this date!

Btw I actually wrote about my experience having dinner at Fish & Co at the Glasshouse and then having the live act performing two of DC's songs while I was there. Kinda lazy to type it all again so I'll just put the link to the other thread I created here.

How lame am I that I just went back and checked the FIRST post in this thread and realized my name is not on the Sport your Support (SG) list. Seth, add me please. I think it might be best for you to set a date and whoever can show up then, TRY and show up.. cos it would be a HUGE headache for you Seth if you have to try and coordinate and pick a date on which everyone can make it, might not be possible.

Anyway guys, hold out hope for David visiting our little island. There's still time before January 2009 and his album is yet to be released. I'm sure when that happens, there'll be a lot of buzz surrounding it, hopefully enough to make him/his management want to come here and promote it. I think if its up to David alone, he'll want to go everywhere his fans are. It would make sense though to make pit stops at the neighbouring countries since he's already going to make the long trip all the way out to the Philippines.

I think a collectively Singaporean gift for David is a GREAT idea. We can all brainstorm and come up with something that represents our country. Btw, I'm still looking into making the rubber wristbands for local DC fans. So far I've only been able to find overseas companies/websites that make them, anyone know if there are local companies that can make these?

Actually this has me confused for quite a long time already. How is it that Sg and the Philippines radio can play ABMB but the radio stations in other countries dont? How did we get the rights to play that song? I remember when my friend first told me she heard ABMB on 98.7, my first reaction was *EH? they can do that?* coupled with the fact that we can't even purchase ABMB off itunes here in singapore. I just wonder how it all happened.

But the fact that the song charted here, without any sales and based on airplay ALONE, is truly amazing.

are also taken up by more Lit classes in the afternn, including
the nov/dec holidays.

man, i didnt even know i was unavailable on every saturday for
the rest of the year until i wrote this. lol! i'm bummed, so i guess

Ya'know, if I were to be checking on airline websites like Tiger Airways, it would not be regarded as slacking, but as part of my job. LOL!

On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend Tiger Airways to Manila as they stop at Clark Airport, which according to my boss, is located too far out from the city, compared to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, where other airlines are based in. Yup, Manila has more than one airport.

Right about now, I'm drawing up a group package trip to Manila, as I could definitely could guess that we will be travelling to Manila together.
