That's great news that TOML has re-entered the charts. And no I had no idea it was being played for the Samantha Who trailer. I hadn't even SEEN the trailer... lol.

Btw, I read about 'Samantha Who' in 8 Days I think, lead actress is Christina Applegate. She was recently diagnosed with cancer. She is also scheduled to appear at the Stand up to Cancer event.

I was sitting in the office this evening, killing some time before my dinner appointment, so I decided to come in here and check what's new. So while surfing this site, I didn't realise that my colleague sitting next to me was looking at my screen as well and she happened to see the pic of david resting on mike's shoulder (from the DC tour stop). And her first reaction was *eh who's that? are they g-a-y?* (omg i can't believe tt word is censored)

I was caught super off-guard and I just burst out laughing so hard!

I know! It's so overwhelming I can't really keep up with everything! I've been working til 10 plus everyday the whole week and hardly have any breaks during the day. That + fasting = me pretty much drained.

I tried to catch up a little last night, but I ended up oversleeping this morning and was one hour late for work! 0_0

Anyone have any ideas how they're getting their hands on David's album on November 18th?

I'm not sure whether they will release it on the same day in Singapore or not..
I'm thinking of buying from iTunes, just need to get someone to buy an iTunes voucher for me via PayPal LOL

And if we buy from iTunes, they will count towards David's first weeks sales, right ?

I'm not certain about whether or not purchasing from iTunes counts towards sales. From past experience following up on Clay Aiken, his post-AI albums had been released here in Singapore on the same release date as the US (except for his most recent one). And what that meant was that we here in Singapore got our hands on the physical album at least 12 hours before those in the US! Judging by David's popularity here PLUS the fact that he IS the American Idol winner as opposed to Clay who was the runner up, I'd say there's a pretty good chance that David's album will be released on the same day as the official US release date. But I've read reports in the past on the SG Clay board that they weren't able to get Clay's album early on the release date. At times the staff at the record stores here weren't even aware of the release date, the CD's WERE already there, just not out on display yet, by the end of the day though, most were able to get the CD. Sometimes it helps to call ahead and reserve a copy, kind of like make it known we know the release date and want to be able to get it then. Record store employees won't all be familiar with every single new album release but it can't hurt to ask and get them to check on the actual release date closer to Nov 18th. Here's hoping it the Nov 18th date sticks.

For the first time this week I was actually able to follow the Tulsa concert thread - thanks to it being a Sunday today. I can't believe this is the last tour stop already, time really flies by when you're having so much fun.

I've yet to join the official site, will probably get an account there sometime today.

I just saw my work schedule and next week is pretty relaxed. How I wish next week had been switched with the past week. I have a feeling I'll be pretty bored next week without tour updates to keep looking out for.

I added both Andrew and MJ too. And what a way to log on tonight and be greeted by a NEW blog from Mr David Cook himself. He reads his emails! YAYYYY!! Not that I had sent anything but still YAYYY!!

That's where I work too, when I'm not posted to one of my client's offices. So I'm there about a third of the time.. you know, it could be that my overactive imagination is making me see dc wannabes everywhere.

I am proud to say that I can probably pick out DC's voice anywhere now after listening to it constantly for the past 7 months. The first time I downloaded the Axium songs into my iPod I didn't listen to them straight away but put my whole library on shuffle mode. And I could still tell when it was Axium cos I could recognise DC's voice immediately even when I had never listened to the songs before.

I love how hands-on Dave is with the website. It really adds the personal touch. I don't think many other musicians are as interactive with their fans as he is. He really knows how to appease us, that man is a genius!
