Is anyone feeling nervous for the results outcome??

I am feeling very nervous for tonight's results. I have a funny feeling that Archie won AI, but I hope that David Cook won AI.

I am VERY nervous for tonights show. I believe David A won, but not because he's better but because of the stupid voting rules - 4 hours and unlimited times you can call!?? I never thought that was fair. You'll have all the little "teeny boppers" voting for those 4 hours for Archie.

We all know OUR David is the more versatile, talented artist and whatever the outcome, he will be extremely successful and I for one, can't wait to buy his music! He will outsell Archie easily.

I get the immense privledge of being at work until MIDNIGHT, so I won't even get to watch it live! Hopefully I'll be too busy to think about it, but I doubt it.

I still feel that David Cook won the title.

I hope you are right. I tell ya...I'm a wreck. I have never been this much of a mess before.

Oh yes I am, even thought I'm pretty sure David wins. OH REALLY, THERE'S ONLY DAVIDS IN THE FINALE. -.- I ment our David Cook. But still, I've been nervous the whole day and I don't think I can sleep before I know who wins. The time here in Finland is about 4 or 5am when the results show comes in US. But I'm staying awake until that.

I keep thinking to myself that George Michael is on the show tonight, and I gotta have faith-a-faith-a-faith-a-faith.

I also know that it's out of my hands (and Cookie's hands, for that matter) so whatever happens, happens.

The boy is a star and nothing can change that. Plus I'm seeing the concert in KC, which is 100% guaranteed to be a Cookie lovefest. Whether he wins or not, he will absolutely be treated like THE American Idol when that tour hits Kansas City.

I am actually very nervous now, waiting and waiting for 8am later.

Deep inside, there's a huge huge worry that DA will win it, but the hope is still strong that Cook will get it instead. Furthermore, Zaba's results helped to calm the nerves a lil bit but once the show starts tomorrow, I'l get panicky again!

I agree 100% with you! I found myself at class this morning, not quite awake. I had a hard time getting my work done. I haven't been able to think straight all day. Plus my tummy hurts from all the anticipation for tonight ! Oh, yes and I wasn't able to sleep well last night even though I was dead tired after voting for 4 hours.

I mean, I'm personally fine with whatever result and am just personally looking forward to seeing all the top 12 back, as well as dc dueting with mariah.

I'm a wreck too. Lots of butterflies in my tummy.

DC put his heart and soul into everything he did this season.

I so deeply want this for him....but I also know that he will find success for many years to come. He is a brilliant artist (Analog Heart is evidence of that...as well as his own arrangements of songs he covered on AI). WOW.

I am very conflicted about tonight's outcome.

I want Cookie to win because he deserves it. After the flack he caught last night, a very solid night IMO, he deserves it. He's performed consistently and out-shined everything Idol stands for. But part of me feels that on this point, he doesn't even need the recoginition. He doesn't NEED that win. He'll soon find out that he has a massive amount of fans who are very loyal.

However, what does idol stand for? Cheesy melisima-balladeering? Well, then Archie deserves that.

But I want Cookie to make HIS music HIS way, and if winning Idol and that iron clad contract doesn't allow him to do that then no I don't want him to win.

But Cookie deserves it.

Maybe I just want to see him cry at the end of the show so I can get all weepy with him.

My stomache is doing flip flops, I'll be really sad if he doesn't win, but I'll cry either way.

I'm worried right now! I need to know the results, i want cookie to win this so badly! But he's a winner already!

The show doesnt start until 15 mins later, but I am already in front of the tv. Hehehehhe

Have been most of the day. My father had to convince me to even watch the show tonight. I wanted to wait and then peek on here at 10pm to see what the mood was first.
Plus...I have to be to work at the buttcrack of dawn tomorrow...so i know either way, i'm not going to be getting very much sleep...for the third day in a row because of Mr Cook.
Hopefully, I'll be too happy to care about sleep.

although i feel that archuletas gonna win, im positive that david cook will be more successful in the outrun

when I happened to read the scrolling stuff at the bottom of the screen and the line was something about see what method or something of that nature determined the American Idol


and the first thing I thought of was texting.
