I looked all over it for it, but it's not one of the ones on youtube as far as I can tell. I think rickey.org had all the songs up as audio back in March or April, but I couldn't find them. Maybe somebody else is better at searching rickey's archives than I am.

the song is ..... well .... let's just say once DC "cooks" it, I'm sure his version will sound great. Maybe he can mumble through the magic rainbow part.

Hopefully the My Little Ponies aren't some of the backup dancers {giggle} although at this point it wouldn't surprise me.

Listening to the Dream Big version on Rickey.org (blech, sounds kinda sappy and draggy - disneyfied), DC's version is amazing.

Interesting..............After listening to it (Thanks for the link btw).........I would say this "Winners song" is more for a "Rocker" than a "Balladeer".............once it's "Cooked" it could be a tasty little number

When I first read the title for this, I kept asking myself if Time Of My Life was the one about rainbows. And sure enough, it is. Although I can't say I expect anything less from Idol. I'm pretty sure that puppies, kittens, rainbows, pots of gold, butterflies, and all those shiny, happy things are what motivates them to pick a song. Can't you just imagine whoever's in charge of it (the producers, obviously) pondering over it, and then coming to the conclusion that, yes, rainbows are the way to go.

I'm still on the fence with the actual song, but it's...okay, I suppose...you know, if you like that sort of, uhm, thing. Cook will make it 1,000x more enjoyable none the less.

besides the whole "magic rainbow" part the song isn't half bad.
