Even though I think all the little scremy girls will probably vote for Archuleta, I hope that the majority of mature people watching the show will think like I was thinking and wonder why the heck DA choose a song he already sang and David didn't and was actually original. But that's just me, hopefully I don't sound partial, but my Dad watched AI with me and he liked that DC was original as well and hopefully that will prevail. Either way he's going to be great and we are going to be going to all of his shows!

maybe the judges were trying to trick us by saying all the good things to Archie when the really wanted to say them to DC. OK, so im being very optomistic.

i love david cook so much! im literally obsessed with him haha he deserves this sooooo much..hes so down to earth and such a great artist! i really hope everyone pulls through and gets as many calls in as possible! cook is my idol!!!!

to every 1 who is having problems with voting (and can spare 4 hrs on there land line) dial idol is a great place!!! I have not had 1 vote that has not worked (tho I have gotten some busy) then you can use your cell wile land line is at doing the work for you!!

first hour a success for me!! got two hundred votes in..giving my fingers a rest for a couple minutes and then I'm going back at it at nine.

I would think they would go to Archie mainly, but who knows! The guys who liked Sy would probably go with Cook whereas the gals are probably 50/50.
Then too if you think about it Cook got Carly and Micheals votes when they left so he may have a slight edge over Archie!

I haven't seen the show yet since I've been in class, but my sister seems to think that Archie has it in the bag because the judges pretty much handed him the trophy and she said "I'm not even going to bother voting, they just gave it to him" even though I begged her not to give up. Also, I heard from Shannabelle that the feedback was mixed, so I've been sitting and crying as I vote. I'm SO worried right now.

I love AI...been watching it since Season 1. This mess is totally manipulated, though. I have a feeling that they know there are a lot of Cook fans out there and they want them to vote. What irriates me is that they feel that either one is a money maker for them....even though the junior member has been treading water for weeks. No matter what happens, they will both make them money.

I just want to prove the judges wrong this evening because I'm mean and spiteful.

Don't worry, guys, this is a 30-second break from voting and I'll be straight back on the lines. I just have to say I've never been more pissed. Not with the endless bashing of my Anthony in season 4 or Simon's hatred of Taylor (I know, I know, but I picked him from the auditions and thought he was fun and sweet) in season 5 or the dropping of Mindy-Doo, who so deserved it in season 6. If Cookie wins, I might watch Idol again. But it's just for the contestants. And even then it's not likely. DAVID COOK HAS TO WIN. DCFTW!
