Full Version: Simon's Apology
David Cook > David Cook > All About David Cook

I didn't see a thread on this anywhere, so if one is already floating around, I apologize but I had to remark on this. Someone said yesterday that they thought Simon gave DC the bad remarks because he actually wanted David to win and afer hearing his apology last night, it does make me wonder. I think Simon wanted DC to be the winner.

I, also, think it had to take ALOT for Simon to say that in front of everyone. I have never known him to say I'm sorry to anyone. I think he did owe DC an apology though. He was pretty tough on him but the good thing about David is that he does have a tough skin. He's able to let it roll off of his back!

DC gave a very graceful reply when asked about Simon's apology.

I thought it was amazing because you could tell how sincere he was being.

I have never loved Simon more than when he apologized last night. That's when the crying started for me..well, I was crying off and on until then, but the tears would not stop after that.

My cousin also subscribes to the belief that Simon was just trying to get people to vote because Simon is, of course, a fangirl for DC. I don't know why he said what he said 2 nights ago, but either way it was very respectable of him to apologize.

He was just on Fox 11 news and he said that he appreciated Simon's apology but that it wasn't warranted because he didn't think Simon was ever disrespectful.

Awwwwww..

Oh, he also said it was like "Being in an exclusive Club".

I'd assume because Simon has never apologized before..haha
