Well... DC's made it to the front page of KC101 here in CT. You can listen to TOML on-demand on the site, so I'm thinking it'll probably end up getting airplay as well.

I agree with you. The San Francisco and San Jose radio stations listed will not play TOML. Its a pop song that will play on Star 101.3, already on the play list but i have not heard it since i don't really listen much to that station (although i will request it daily to put in a plug). Live 105 will play Analog Hearts tracks before it would ever play TOML. I have requested they play anything David Cook...see what happens.

Other station that will play David Cook when he releases his album is Radio Alice 97.3...i've requested TOML to be placed on their play list.

NOT GETTING MUCH PLAY TIME IN BAY AREA due to pop nature of song. I think there is a general stigma on the Idol first releases.

Here in Tampa you are not going to get 98 rock to play Time of My life. your best bet is either 93.3 WFLZ http://www.933flz.com, a top 40 station or Mix 100.7 an adult contemporary station, tampabaysmix.com. Although as of right now neither station is playing it. I'm still waiting on an email for the reason why. I do know at least 1 Orlando AC station is playing it. I agree with others in this thread that the stations initially listed are rock or alternative stations that are not going to play this song, so right now we need to focus on the Top 40 and Adult Contemporary (AC) stations. For instance, in my radio market in Roanoke in SW Virginia, there's no way rock station WROV is going to play TOML, but K92 (Top 40) and especially Q99 (AC) will. The rock stations will come in to play once the album is released (for instance, Daughtry is played on all three of these stations.)

Too bad I work for an NPR/classical/jazz station or else I'd make our music director add it.

TOML is getting air time on one of NYC's most popular pop stations WPLJ 95.5.

I heard it yesterday morning and a couple of other posters pointed out that they play it every day between 10am - 11am.

I heard it in an Applebees in Redding CA two weekends ago. I was traveling thru and stopped for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised!

A lot of new stations are cropping up in different formats which is a great site to see. One key thing to remember is that the "add" process as far as adding this song to playlists is not going to be instantaneous. It will take some time. As far as stations go, AC, Pop, and HAC are the best ones to stick with when requesting this song. If you listen to a particular station and they are not playing it yet, either they don't have in the possession just yet or they have a set date when they will be permitted by the PD to add it it to their playlist.

I scanned over the Wisconsin list and didn't see that 94.5 WKTI in Milwaukee wasn't listed. It was the first station I heard it on and hear it at least once, sometimes twice a day on this station, alone. Granted its mostly in the morning and early afternoon, but still being played nonetheless.
