i'm not really that much of a radio person.. but hey i heard 'always be my baby' play once. of all the songs i could hear because i don't really listen to the radio often (maybe not at all even!),, i heard david cook's song. yeah. and i'm from a province. so it only means one thing. david cook is soo famous.

A friend of mine who works for a radio station in the Philippines told me that Time of My Life is quickly climbing the hit charts. It's gonna be number 1 anytime soon.

I'm not really ON radio everyday. I only listen to the radio when I'm in our car. And, Just last monday, when me and my friends were walking to hunt for our ex-classmates in elementary.. I've heard "Always Be my Baby" playing coming from one of the houses we passed by. Wow. I was surprised.. And, I told my classmates.. "That's my Cookie!" (because they were on Archie's side..)

This is just cool! I heard that David Cook's Time of my life is also getting some airplays and digital downloads in other countries. Cool, to think the only promotion it got is through American Idol itself

actually, ABMB has been really popular here in the Philippines since he sang it in AI.. and yeah, he is really popular now... even in the ASAP or wowowee, guests/singers sing ABMB and TOML... it's really nice to know that Filipinos are embracing David Cook(the first time the Filipino audience did for an AI winner)... And yeah, not only Pinays love DC but also the pinoys... my brother even learned playing TOML right after the finals... my family adores david cook...

I haven't listened to Magic's top5@5 in a while. Last I listened last week I think, they still had ABMB at number 1 and TOML had just entered the charts. Has ABMB been toppled off the top? And was TOML that did it?

IMHO, Pinays/Pinoys somehow embraced the music of Kelly and Carrie, but not as much inclination as what we're having right now for David.

TOML is a song that reaches to everyone. It's a universal song. It's now practically an anthem. Yep. I love TOML, but I really got hooked when he did his arrangement with ABMB. TOML is now my ringing tone. ABMB has been my text tone since it came out.

As of last friday, i think TOML was still #1 in Rx 93.1. The countdown will change this evening, I hope it will stay at the top... or if not, i hope it's still at the top 5.
