Funny, I found Analog Heart today too. :]
It's a great album, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I <3 Silver, Straight Ahead, and Fall Back Into Me. Such amazing songs. :]

I agree! I cannot get over how AMAZING this cd really is. I pride myself in my taste in music, and as much as I love all of my favorite bands and such, David's cd is literally the only cd in a LONG time I can actually listen from start to finish without wanting to skip a song. My fave is def Porcelain - but I love Silver, The Truth & Searchlights... ahh I love it.

I love listening to Straight Ahead, Porcelain and Silver. Analog Heart is as amazing as David Cook.

My wife stumbled upon Analog Heart back when it was still on Amazon. So what was that... two months ago maybe? I've been listening to it pretty much every day since then. It's truly amazing, and I sincerely hope David gets to write his own material on his upcoming album because he's extremely talented.
I love the whole album, but my favorites are "Straight Ahead", "Searchlights" and "Makeover".

I don't think anyone knows how it got back on Amazon. Frankly I feel guilty for buying it when we did because apparently David had nothing to do with it being available at that time and so didn't get any money from it. So if TPTB are listening I'd GLADLY buy several more copies of it if it were to be made officially available again and Mr. Cook were receiving revenue from it.

I've been listening to this for quite awhile now. What's a trip about this album, to me, is how my favorite changes. First, it was Fall Back Into Me......then it was The Truth...then Porcelain...then Makeover....tjem Dont Say A Word..then Stitches. Currently, it's Straight Ahead. How often do you buy a CD that has more than TWO good songs on it? The whole album is awesome!!! For anyone that doesn't have it...GET IT..as soon as it's available again!!

I discovered it too, last week the night before the finale.
My favorite is "Let Go". I can just imagine that crooked grin spreading across his angelic face as he utters "I got a happy trigger finger".
I downloaded every single song on his streaming site. I would've been happy to pay for them.
I hope his first post-AI record is as creatively autonomous as "Analog Heart". Heck, I'd be happy for a re-release of the same record.
Please media gods, just don't make him sing "Time of My Life". Ever. Again.

OK - I'm simply going to have to swallow my pride and admit just how technology-challenged I am!
I've listened to the AH tracks streaming on davidcookamericanidol.com, but just don't know how to download them in a format I can save to my ipod (or where to download
from either...) I get sad everytime I hear people on this site talking about how they listen to it all day... I'm going to be traveling next week and away from my computer. I CANNOT live a week without hearing Analog Heart. Can somebody help me? I apologize in advance for being so dumb! I would gladly pay for a hard copy CD (or 2 or 3), but I just can't wait anymore for the AI gods to release it.
Thanks so much in advance.
Feeling stupid.... laura
