After listening to some of the studio versions of the songs from AI i really hope David has one or two songs on his album that contain strings. I think his voice blends really well with them and he's able to capture so much atmosphere with the gravel like quality he has - it sends shivers up my spine. I'm not saying he has to have a full orchestra but along the lines of Eleanor Rigby would be cool as it has that rock edge to it while giving a different twist to a song.

I noticed that on most of his IDOL performances, he incorporated strings into his interpretations. I think, because he likes to start soft and build to the chorus, strings are a good instrument for him. I also, hope he continues this trend.
