David - I just want to commend you on your song choice for your finale, The World I Know. It was a terribly risky thing to do, it was a beautiful song, and you sang it beautifully. (What does Simon know anyway?) Choosing this as your final performance speaks volumes about who you are, and it was, in the words of Mariah Carey, haunting. Congratulations on your win - you deserved it - that song was the "knock-out punch" I was looking for. Best wishes on your career, STAY HUMBLE, and don't be stupid with the girls, or you'll disappoint all the motherly-ish types like me(who still listen to alternative rock!) in your fan base.
