I know you've got a good head on your shoulders, and you're a grown man who doesn't need another momma, but here I go anyway... My biggest fear for you in your new-found fame is that you will get sidetracked with all the droves of girls chasing after you!

Just remember to carefully guard your heart (and any associated parts that will land you in family court for the next 18 years). Stick with the family and friends who've cared about you your whole life, and when you meet new people (especially those gold-digging Hollywood hussies), ask yourself WHY they want to be with you -- would they have found you interesting enough to give you the time of day before you hit it big on Idol?

I'm sorry, I'm sorry; what a mother-hen I am. I just don't want to see your career get derailed before it starts -- it's going to be (as Archie would put it) AWESOME. I can't wait for your first album! Take care, sweetie, and (safely) enjoy your new life -- you absolutely earned it.

P.S. -- This is not directed at any one girl in particular, as I am seeing there is some sort of flack over a reporter (I think that's what she is? Shows you how much attention I am paying to that...). I am speaking in general terms. .
