Did anyone else notice that it looked liked David's beard had been trimmed down a little bit? Or was it just me? Either way, he was looking mighty sweet...just like a cookie should look!!

I agree about the nerves but I think somehow that had to do more with Regis than with Cookie...Kelly seemed totally relaxed in the interview but Regis seemed like he was forcing it a little and it seemed like that put David a little on edge...just my opinion...

It appeared to me that he was maybe a little more nervous, but that could be because of REGIS PHILBIN! LOL I also noticed that he seemed to almost tear up while singing TOML at one point...what a dollbaby!

Agreed. I'm going with a combo -- Regis and those DARN stool-chair thingies they make the guests sit in. Everyone always looks so uncomfortable in them.

Course, could be a bit of the time-change too. Either way, it's just so nice to see DC.

I would agree with you. It seemed to me like Regis was forcing him to say things and talk about stuff he didn't really want to. I thought it seemed like David was much more relaxed and himself when he was on Ellen. He came out and played with the crowd and was his funny, sexy self. He didn't seem quite as relaxed in the morning. Although, I think I'd be more relaxed with Ellen than I would Regis any day lol!

I also noticed the lack of beardness. I kind of like it more when it's more trimmed...less than what was there during Larry King. I mean, it still looked good and everything, I just prefer it to be shorter. lol.

I have to admit that I wasn't paying as close attention as I usually would be to one of his interviews. It was really early (hey, 9 am is early for me LOL) and in addition to that I had only gotten about 3 hours of sleep the night before. As a result, it wasn't an enjoyable experience trying to drag myself out of bed to view him, but it was worth it. As I said, I didn't notice much when it came to his nerves, but maybe he was just feeling a bit off. I'm not sure it could have been just the fact he was with Regis...because didn't he meet both of them before? At least that's what I gathered from what Kelly said. Correct me if I'm wrong, because I have no idea. haha.

I also had forgotten he was going to be on Ellen! I got online about ten after 11 am (it comes on at 11 am here) and noticed the announcement, I forget where now lol. But I was like OMG and raced in there in time to hear her say that he was up next. I was like, yessss.... hahaha.
