Well I think I did. That's how it's labelled, anyhow, but I'm not enough of an audiophile to tell the difference. It may be something else and I don't know any better.

Well the only option is the half song from the performance - is that what you have?

You know what, I hadn't yet listened to it when I posted the question (as I said, I wouldn't be able to tell the two apart, but I'm trying to make a CD for a friend who could), so I went to see how long it was figuring you'd be able to tell, and it's some corrupt file that won't even play, so clearly it was something that was mislabeled.

So, to answer your original question, NO, I did not find the studio version of Dream Big. And I'll double-check next time before I ask!

And goodness, I hope you don't think I was being rude or anything - I was curious if you had found the actual studio version of the song, because I've been looking. I hear it's being kept underwraps for the album, so when you listed it, I got really excited!

Yep, you read it right, but I typed it wrong in the first place. When I tried to play it, it was another of those corrupt files. I'm giving up on asking my son to download this stuff for me. He clearly doesn't get exactly how important it is.

Ditto that. I have only the last few, I was a goober and didn't grab them off iTunes throughout the season and even though I was on iTunes every day after his win, I didn't see any of the earlier performances.

it IS wrong. FTEISYF is only available as a live recording, but it's greaaat!
