the only available version (to date) is the one where he's singing it live acoustic on you tube. I like the song and wonder what it would sound like if he put it on an album.

I love this song, and it really bums me out that they only way I can listen to it is play the video over and over....

That song is not called Optimistic To A Fault, it's called Better Never Than Late.

i'm using the freeware tubetilla version 1.5. to download youtube videos. very user friendly. after downloading the video's flv file, you can immediately save and convert it to mp3 (audio), wmv (video), and mp4 (video) for ipod.
