OK - I'm simply going to have to swallow my pride and admit just how technology-challenged I am!

I've listened to the Analog Heart tracks streaming on davidcookamericanidol.com, but just don't know how to download them in a format I can save to my ipod (or where to download from either...) I get sad everytime I hear people on this site talking about how they listen to it all day... I'm going to be traveling next week and away from my computer. I CANNOT live a week without hearing Analog Heart. Can somebody help me? I apologize in advance for being so dumb! I would gladly pay for a hard copy CD (or 2 or 3), but I just can't wait anymore for the AI gods to release it.

Additionally, I'd love to be able to save some of the better live performance videos to my ipod - not sure how to do that either...

Thanks so much in advance for letting me waste your time... huh.gif

Well, I don't know how to get the MP3/Youtube videos on your Ipod, but I do know they have the live performance videos on Itunes. You can buy them there and then upload them from Itunes store. But you can't download videos onto a Nano Ipod.

Hope I helped a little, if not I'm sorry sad.gif .

Actually, iPods support the MP3 format. Treat the songs in that style just as you would the .aac file and add them into your library {iTunes will convert it if you right click and tell it to, if you want}.

I can't help you out with the whole youtube thing. I know there's a way to download youtube vids, but I haven't gotten around to trying it yet. I hope someone else can help you there!

For Youtube videos, i always go to keepvid.com and just download the .mp4 versions, which is also the format that iPods support. Its better than the .flv versions anyway, as their generally in higher quality. Hope that helped! smile.gif
