Hi, Everyone...stopping by to say HELLO.. you guys did a GREAT JOB! on this fansite for David. this is the first fansite i have joined.. BUT i was all over the place rockin the vote for DC!!!!...and boy did we rock it!...


i live in Houston, Tx...born and raised here! and let me tell ya! TEXAS LOVES DAVID!......every tuesDave night i had a cook party...to get out the vote!...on the finale i had my 4 sisters over here rockin out aton of text votes for our American Idol, David Cook...boy that sounds so GREAT! i am so happy America got it so right this year! and made DC the winner! I have a friend that lives close to David, she, and all her friends would go watch him, and his band at any place he was at! i knew of his music before AI!...we also knew David made the top 24 on AI.. before the show even started [there was a leak] when we heard this...we went NUTS!.. i knew DC would win! how could he not win!... the man is just a winner, and that voice WOW! such control in all ranges, low, middle and high. i know for a fact..David will sell millions of cd's, he will sell out concerts. and he will win awards...his love for music just shines through him, i know he will put out music that will last..that in years to come people will look back, and know that is David Cook...he is a wonderful song writer.. and i cant wait for more of his music, i will support David in anyway i can....buy his cd's, go to his concerts, and tell others to just listen to this GREAT Artist...thats all you got to do, cuz once they hear DC! they, you, are hooked! once again thank you. for this wonderful site.....and ROCK ON!

Welcome!! I am in Houston as well. Sugarland is about an hour away from me. LOL!! In Houston it takes an hour to get everywhere!! Maybe we can meet up sometime before the concert. Did you get good seats?

I agree America got it right, even though David says it is absolutely absurd(in an immeasurable kind of way). He certainly went through a big progression from week to week, and that is exactly what the show is all about....growth!! I hope his focus does stay on the music and not the fame. Like he said, "Fame is fleeting", and he is right. Substance is forever, timeless. We have been waiting for a great rock/roll record for a long time. Hope he is our man.
