um okay how many brothers does david have? cause a lotta people keep callin him adam and david himself calls him andrew so i dont know! please help me out here people! this is really confusin.

No, it's Adam. Andrew is his younger brother, the one that stood on stage with him following the top two (?) performances. Adam is his older half-brother.

isn't adam the older brother? and andrew the younger brother? seems like it's quite a brady bunch, lol, with half and step siblings.

seems like at the finale i saw his mom and stepdad, and his dad and stepmom, all on the same row. wikipedia says they divorced when he was young - hope they all get along and such.

I think Ellen yesterday confused Daved... she just asked," How is your brother doing?" and I'm sure from his response he thought she meant his older brother Adam, the one who has cancer, and then Ellen continued on, talking about Andrew being OK with David stealing the show from him....but our Guy pulled it off without a hitch! (OF COURSE!)

i read an article that said the older brother adam and his wife were also there. a radio station in indiana paid for their trip. they sat in the balcony away from the prying eyes of cameras.

Speaking of Brady Bunch families, who was the man standing next to David's mom in the Idol audience? I read that both David's father and step father were there. Why didn't his father go on stage with his mom and brother?

On the cover of a magazine, David is holding a little baby. I think the baby was reported to be a nephew. Anyone know who's child this was? David looked so adorable with the tot.

so that was andrew who was on stage with him? and of course at the end of the song he whispers into the camera sayin "that's my brother" so which i thought was very sweet and he's like balling his eyes out. so that was andrew the one who went to audition but instead it david was who ended up doin it! but david said he wasnt auditionin until the producer says you are now! in which he seemed enthused about it but hey he's the winner. like i said in my americanidol.com blog how do u describe american idol "discovering talent" and that's why we need to protect it cause assholes like howard stern is gonna want to ruin it for everyone so hopefully you'r all in with me to protect a wonderful show cause look what it did for cook! well that's my take.

Andrew = younger brother who was going to audition at AI no matter what and David went with him. He's the one who is healthy pointed to camera .... and so on
Adam = Older half brother
Jenna = Step Sister (as said above)
Tot = son of youngest step sister ... not going to disclose the name of step sister though ... since they would like to keep family private.
