I use Firefox as my default browser and have always used it to look at this site. Ever since last night, it will not load correctly in Firefox, only Internet Explorer. No matter how many times I refresh the page, it won't load right. The font is all weird, the pages are white and extra wide, etc. And it only is happening with this site. Basically it's like I'm looking at it in "Basic Page Style". Every other I look at in Firefox is fine, so I'm assuming it's an issue with this site and not Firefox.

Anyone else having this problem and does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can do to fix it?

Thanks,
Tamara
Jenney
It's loading okay for me now. I was having the difficulties everyone was experiencing last evening
during the server maintenance. I'm using Firefox right now and it all seems okay. Maybe you have
some cached stuff causing a problem? Did you try restarting everything?

Yep, I've tried restarting everything. In fact, this is the first time I've turned on the computer since last night. I hoped maybe that would do the trick - have it shut down for several hours - but, nope.

I don't think I cached anything. If that was the case though, wouldn't every website look "off" in Firefox? Not just this one?

Thanks for the suggestions, Jenney. smile.gif

At least I still have IE to view the page in. Otherwise I'd really be ticked! lol

I don't think every website would necessarily look off. But in any event, sorry I can't be of more help.

I did notice yesterday during the outage that Firefox and IE responded differently to the problem. When
I lost the site on Firefox I went into Cookie withdrawal and tried IE. ;-)

With Firefox I got the IPS error message, but with IE I got a half loaded page that just hung.

Well, you've tried to help and that's more than I could've asked for! smile.gif

I've never gotten any kind of IPS error message. I just can't understand why this suddenly happened. It was fine up until last night. I guess it will never be the same, for whatever reason. (sucks, because I hate IE) The only thing I did last night was a disk defragmenter. But it was due for one. I wouldn't think that would've caused this to happen. I've never had this problem before, just because of doing that.

Thanks anyway, Jenney!! I appreciate it! smile.gif

UPDATE:

Firefox is now loading the page correctly. Thanks to JENNEY for mentioning cache. She said that may have caused the problem, when in fact... that SOLVED IT. I cleared my cache and everything is now fine.

Thanks Jenny!!
