Hi everyone.
My name is Phyllis. I am a 61 yr old Grandma. You probably wonder "why would someone 61 like David Cook?" Well is you look at the age you will realize I am a BABYBOOMER. Yep I was around when the whole Rock thing started and it was thought to be "NAUGHTY". But it couldn't be stopped. You know the "Beatles, The Doors, Elvis". Then my kids grew up during the Def Leopard, Whitesnake, Depeche Mode etc years. I love all kinds of music but "ROCK" holds a big place in my heart. When I first saw those eyes of David Cook look into the camera and sing from his heart and soul, he connected. Though I really liked him from the beginning.."he got Grandma from "HELLO" and I never left. Just counted the days to see what he would do the next week. He is amazing!! Creative, a real artist, personable, and the biggest and warmest heart, and OH THAT VOICE! Can hardly wait to see him in concert at the Rose Quarter in Portland OR.
I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren and they all love DC but think I am OCDCD. Take care all and look forward to being apart of all this.... CookinGrandmaWN #1459

Hi, I am a Gramma, too, almost 63! David sings and touches me deep in my heart and makes me want to dance and cry and I just love him SOOOO much! He is the best artist to come along in YEARS! I love Neil Diamond, too, and David has just as much talent, maybe even more!

I love David Cook! As for word nerd, how about deepinmysoul
