Could someone please help me?!!

I've downloaded a few of the High Quality AI performances from the multimedia section and can't get them to play on my computer. The sound comes through but I don't get any visuals.

Does anybody know why? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

maybe the format of the video can't be recognized by your player.

Jessie I've downloaded Real Player and they still won't work. Am I doing something wrong? I NEED these video's.... i'm quite distressed right now!

what does it say whenever you're trying to play the file?

Try downloading VLC..it plays anything and no special codecs are needed

hi! i had the same problem before.. what i did was i downloaded DIVX from download.com and it works for me...
