That's the video that lives on David's myspace page and his imeem page and his YouTube page. It came out a couple of days after his win.

Easiest way to keep up with these videos is to subscribe to his YouTube videos. you'll receive an email whenever the new video is posted. It looks like a lot of people have done it already, based on stats on his channel:
