I have seen a couple siggys in the past few days that are animated. I had started to play around with one but remembered that anim is not allowed in siggys (and I didn't want to cause issues by using it). Has that changed? If so, what are the file size & image size regulations?
If it's still not allowed, that's cool. Just wanted to ask before I did something . . . . a small avi could be in order, then.
