Why can't "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" by DC be downloaded from ANYWHERE?

That was my FAVORITE FAVORITE performance of his. I wish they would make it into a single. I know they had the video available on iTunes but not anymore. I hope someone responds to your question so I can get it too.
