Yes Im using Photoshop, making blends its all about practice, It might take some time to learn, and it might look like crap in the begining, but just try and keep playing with the effects, but be careful it can be addictive

You dont need an expensive program like photoshop to make blends, freeware programs like Gimp and Paint.net are really good for this too
