One of my favorite love songs is "I Swear." There were two slightly different versions sung by both All 4 One and John Michael Montgomery. I think it's a beautiful song with lovely lyrics.

I agree. That is such a classic, so very passionate. I'm trying to remember other specific song titles, and coming up empty. Getting old sucks. But when I think of love songs, Marvin Gaye comes to my mind. Also Teddy Pendergrass, and Barry White... hmmmm.

As far as funeral music... I don't know. "I Had the Time of My Life" (from Dirty Dancing) would be OK. My hubby wants The Rolling Stones' "You Can't Always Get What You Want". It has that beginning that sounds like a chorus of angels singing... it's hilarious! If I outlive him, I'll make sure it gets played at the funeral.
