hehe...actually, you can buy a lottery ticket...just no drinking(...which makes no sense, in my political opinion....)-i just dont get hjow you can serve and die for your country in the army & be allowed to smoke at 18......but not be allowed to drink until 21 ...it makes no sense (to me, at least )

Haha. A new law in Arizona changed the age that you have to be to buy a lottery ticket. It's 21 here.
So i can't get one.
The reason why you can't drink until 21 is because kids are irresponsible for one, and for another, the human brain doens't become fully developed until about that age and drinking can stop the process completely. I learned about that in biology. lol

My friend got a big crush on Andrew actually, then she start to hear more about DC music. btw, on my facebook reminder, Andrew will turn 21 on June 16 a.k.a tomorrow!!
