So my black lab age 8, loves Cook. My dog is named Duke and he is this massive animal who can knock me over with the slightest push.

So one day i was sitting on the floor next to Duke and turning on my computer. My background is of course, David Cook, right when the background comes up my dog starts sniffing my computer screen. He looks at me then the background, looks at me then the background. Another example.....I have this huge collage of David Cook on my wall....like HUGE!!! Anyway so i was listening to music and Duke was next to me staring at something. So i look to see at what he was staring at....my david cook collage!! He was just staring, alert for like 10 minutes. Also whenever i put David Cook music on speakers he wags his tail and sniffs the speakers.

Its the funniest thing ever....guess my dog has also been cookified! lol

LOL wow that is so cool! My dog actually likes david cook also. She is a corgie labish mix and she is a little bit over a year old. Last night I was watching David cook when he performed on the last american idol episodes and she was literly laying on my bed watching the screen. and the last time I turned my cd player on and play david cook her eyes perked up automatically.

these are darling stories... l love my labs but they dont get it yet....

Cute! As I posted in another thread several days ago, my mini poodle, Lorei, LOVES DC! Whenever the show was on, she was always watching his performances. She loves to watch TV, but usually it's sports or animation or other animals (obviously) so I was a little surprised when she actually watched him and didn't lose interest. I posted a video on YouTube of her watching football. Too bad I didn't get one of her watching him!

hahaha well get this my horse likes him!!! my horses name is Buddy and he is a 7 year old throughbred! lol so i was turning on my phone right in front of my horse(i was at the barn i ride at) and my cell phone background is of david cook so right when the pix shows he gets alert and tries to EAT MY PHONE!!!! lol. my lord my animals!

I'm with you guys...I have a pack of weenie dogs running around my house and they all enjoy David's music...they enjoy other random songs and singers too but it's nice to have them love David! I have one dog that loves the Ohio State fight song! Every football season my husband plays it because he's a huge Ohio State fan and she dances to it! Dogs are awesome!

yeah tell me about it!!! omg but i forgot another story! ok so everyone knows the famous Page 4 of david cooks people magazine interview right? so anyways i was looking at the pix in front of my horse(buddy again) and all the sudden he nudges his mouth to david cooks nose and starts sniffing the article! at first i was startled and close it quickly then he put his ears back, so i opened the magazine again and he perked up....man my animals r something else. i seriously think that my horse has fallen in love

ugh....totally. but yet its only with things that have 4 legs. My family doesnt even care about David Cook(ugh what weirdos) yet two animals love him??? maybe because i always sing songs from Analog Heart around my horse and dog so they just picked up on it. Oh and whenever i'm bored at the barn i'll just talk about david cook with my horse....lol yes i know i am weird, but he listens and thats all that matters! lol

lol there is no competition in my house with humans either...They just don't see him the way I do.. And I have no idea how you can' t see the talent and the amazingness that is David Cook...It is seriously crazy.
