I am not sure where to post this (I remember seeing a topic a couple of weeks ago).

I finally heard Cook's Time of My Life on one of New York City's popular radio stations.

This morning it played on WPLJ 95.5 on the Scott & Todd Morning Show.

I looked strange sitting in my car alone cheering loudly when I recognized the song right away!!

Go COOKIE!

I heard TMOL on Scott and Todd this morning as well - made my ride into work a little sweeter. I was driving in the car yesterday, Sunday and I did hear it come on as well.

Normally (it has been like clockwork - Race Taylor the DJ in the late afternoon usually spins TMOL around 5:35P or so.

I am so glad to hear 'PLJ has been playing his song.

This morning was the first time I actually heard it. Wanted to make sure NYC was showing COOKIE some love.

I heard it Saturday, here in Cedar Rapids... Z102 (I think)
I was waiting in my car with my daughter watching the National guard trucks go through my city.
it was a surreal time for me listening to him sing, Time of my life....

Haven't had a chance to listen to the radio much. So my officemate was out at lunchtime for a meeting, I figured I would listen live to PLJ on the computer (usually I can't listen to anything -- she likes it quiet). Also, I generally listen to q104 or DLJ or the new 101.9, not PLJ very often at all, but I figured maybe I'd get Cookie if I was really really lucky...

1st song I hear -- Bruce Springsteen comes on (much to my pleasant surprise, they rarely play him anymore)

then I notice my task bar says "David Cook" and I'm thinking oh no did I forget to shut down this site, I really shouldn't be on at work (of course I am now ) but then I start to hear "I've been waiting...." and I realized it's Cookie playing on the radio!!

First time I've heard it on the radio!

Then my office mate came back and I had to shut it down. Who figured I'd hear my two faves (plus some JBJ as well) in a stolen half hour!!

Everynight i keep my radio on to make me fall asleep, and last night, i think it's 1:30 am already, i thought im just dreaming about David (because thats always the case ) but when i opened my eyes, yes its playing! hahaha I turned the volume up, i dont care even if my uncle will get mad at me!

Now, 95 Crave is officially my favorite radio station!

Got in my truck to take the trash to the dump, started it up, TOML was playing. I thought it was the CD I made, but then remembered that I had left that CD in my van, not the truck. Turned out that it was playing on a Charlottesville lite rock station. So far I've only heard it on the lite rock stations around here, but at least it's getting some air time.
