You go to my controls, click on edit signature, and paste the code or picture into it.

ANIMATED GIFS and your large banner are not allowed ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Its really fine you want to make banners, but at least read the rules so people dont get in trouble using them.

How exactly do you take out the large one??

You just edit your post and remove the link.

Just a hint, but anyone can go to http://www.mybannermaker.com and you can make your own banner. You choose the size (no bigger than 200 x 600 for this site) and then upload the picture you want from your computer, then you customize the picture with text and effects, whatever you want. You can do the "glitter" effect, but it has to be edited in an editing program to stop the flashing like this one I made:



I also edit out the mybannermaker.com bar at the bottom. Also, if you have text in your signature, you have to resize the banner to no higher than 170.

I've got dozens more on my computer. But, my point is that anyone can make a banner if you want to, and it's really fun! Granted, these are not as spectacular as those done with a real graphics program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro (I took one look at PSP once and ran screaming from the computer -- way too complicated for my old, addled brain. I applaud everyone who understands "brushes" and "Send to the back"! )

And if you Google "Banner Maker" tons of other websites come up, too, so there is a lot out there to play around with!
